Stationary Filters

Plymovent offers a wide range of stationary filters for filtration of welding fumes and dust. Our product offer ranges from filter units for only one extraction arm up to central filter systems used in for example multiple arm systems, cutting tables or general ventilation and filtration solutions.

MDB

The MultiDust^® Bank filter is a modular filter system which can be tailored to the requirements of your application today and expanded tomorrow if your business grows. MDB-COMPACT

With the MDB-COMPACT Plymovent brings you the proven and unbeaten technology of the MultiDust Bank in a compact and pre-assembled range of models. The MDB-COMPACT is available with a wide choice of filter media and can be used for almost any airborne dust pollutant*. Due to its compact design the MDB-COMPACT is the ideal choice for applications where a filter is needed near to the source of pollution.

MF

The MF is a filter unit for welding fumes and light dust which can be wall-mounted or free-standing. The filter can be used in extraction systems with air volumes up to 2500 m³/h. The MF allows for flexible filtration when changes in production take place. If the application changes you can easily insert a different media into the same cabinet.

SCS

The SCS unit is an all-round central filter system. It is developed to remove dry fumes of welding, cutting and grinding processes in the metalworking industry.
